Pot să sun și să vorbesc cu un doctor pentru sfaturi?
Dacă trebuie să vorbiți cu medicul de familie, recepționatul de serviciu vă va lua mesajul și detaliile de contact, iar apelul dvs. va fi returnat cât mai repede posibil. Nu putem specifica o perioadă în care medicul să vă sune, deoarece depinde de volumul zilnic de muncă al medicului - când este foarte ocupat, poate dura 24-48 de ore înainte de returnarea unui apel de rutină (non-urgentă).
Dacă sfatul pe care îl solicitați este de urgență, vă rugăm să evidențiați acest lucru la recepționer, pentru a putea vorbi cât mai repede cu medicul.
Cum obțin un rezultat de testare?
Dacă aveți teste efectuate în cadrul intervenției chirurgicale sau dacă sunteți trimis la spital pentru un test, este esențial să-i telefonați medicul pentru rezultate în termen de 7 - 10 zile de la efectuarea procedurii
Cele mai multe apeluri vor fi făcute fie în perioada de prânz, fie imediat după terminarea operației în după-amiaza / seara târziu. Asistența noastră de practică poate fi contactată luni, miercuri și vineri între orele 2.00-2.30 pentru rezultatele testelor de sânge / probelor de urină sau a tampoanelor.
Vă rugăm să rețineți că personalul de primire și de administrare NU ESTE PERMIS să prezinte rezultate ale testelor pacienților decât dacă este instruit special de către un medic.
